Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Trading Cards & Collectibles:
- Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed collectibles, all sales are considered final once delivered.
- Opened, used, or damaged products caused by customer handling cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging when applicable.
Approved cases may receive:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
