Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Trading Cards & Collectibles:

  • Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed collectibles, all sales are considered final once delivered.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products caused by customer handling cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

Approved cases may receive:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
